The place has so much potential be a differentiating trendy spot! But they definitely just only committed to the trendy vibe half way and then gave up it seems. Anyway! We were seated quickly, it was a quiet afternoon. Ordered a quick meal for 3 people, 2 iced coffees, an order of summer rolls, 2 pho and 1 BBH (bun bo hue). Coffee's were solid. I love a good ca phe sua da, so it did its job. The summer rolls tasted slightly premade, but the picked daikon inside were such a nice touch, I'm willing to look past the coldness of the overall roll. The pho tai and pho dac biet were very tasty. Its seasoning and aromatics were very well balanced, but the best part was the tai (rare steak)! It was so tender even after soaking in the hot broth for so long! Chefs kiss* BBH however was suuuuuuuper mid. The shrimp paste flavoring was very overpowering, which made the overall flavor profile a bit imbalanced. If you like that kind of stronger flavor profile, then you'll love it. Now.. onto the docking of the 1 star. Bro taking our order wasn't writing any of our order down in any manner. Bro was so confident he remembered it. He did not. He forgot our BBH (and I asked for no onions in my pho, there were onions... lots of it). The reviews are right though, they don't really come back to check on you, def no frills. Which is fine, until you're missing something. I had to go find him to inform him we are missing our BBH. Bro looked so confused and even questioned ME if I ordered it. I was about to crash out. Luckily, food came out fast, so the person who ordered the BBH wasn't too far behind the rest of us with their meal. BUT COME ONNNN. You're literally doing no one any favors by trying to memorize people's orders. Just write it down! Out here trying to ruin my day. He's lucky the food came out quick! Side note, the bowls of noodle soups were enormous and reasonably priced! Would 10/10 go back, but I'm going to be sure bro writes my order down the next time. Taking no chances!

Walked in and were immediately greeted by the service staff which promptly bought us water and asked if we have any questions. When it comes to pho, my fiancé is actually from Huê Vietnam sooooooo pretty safe to say that she knows her pho. First off this bone broth was like out of the womb of an angel. It tasted as though the finest grass fed beef sacrificed the bones of their body and with the exact perfect amount of water and spices it was boiled for a good 24 hours plus and man, it stand out above the rest by far. I would even go as far as to say it would be the best fuck in the eastern hemisphere/western civilization. Let that one saaank in. So sorry 12/10 would recommend especially if you like that OG Ish you fill me?

Quick mid week lunch visit. Place was about half full and no wait. Ordered and within 4 minutes I was eating a hot beef rib pho. 3 bones with a good amount of tender beef on each. Very flavorful broth, tender noodle, fresh sprouts and basil.

I passed by LV PHO 7 a few times on my way to Chinatown and back to the Las Vegas strip so one day, I decided to give it a try. I walked in for an early dinner and there were 2 other tables with people. The restaurant is big and spacious. I ordered the house pho and the bo luc lac (shaking beef). The food took a long time to prepare. The pho came first but the shaking beef took another 5 minutes. The broth for the pho was flavorful and it was a good portion for 1 person. We liked that they gave a generous amount of bean sprouts and basil to add in the pho. When the bo luc lac came, it smelled so good. They used filet mignon so every piece was tender and well coated with sauce. I enjoyed the bo luc lac rice plate more than the pho. Their prices are reasonable and I would come back again when I'm in Vegas. For parking, they have stalls right in front of the restaurant. I noticed more people started coming in around 6pm so if you want to beat the dinner crowd, come early.

Great place to get your a Vietnamese food craving after all the Vegas buffet food. Nice open restaurant and good food.

My favorite pho spot in Vegas! They are always generous with the servings, never disappointed here staff was extra nice today. Inside is always clean, lowkey and not overly loud. Broth is fabulous, I always go for the rare steak now since quality of brisket isn't as it used to be.

Visiting Las Vegas for the weekend Found this place by chance. And we love it ,really good pho .

LV Pho 7 is located in the same plaza as Lily Spa Massage (right next door actually) with plenty of parking. My husband and I were greeted when we came in a few Saturdays ago, around 7 pm. We had plans to have dinner with my cousin, who was meeting us at the restaurant separately (in which he came a bit later than the time we planned, but the employees were good about waiting for him to arrive before taking our order). We ended up ordering: F (Found under appetizer) Charbroiled Pork Spring Rolls, $9.95 prior to tax- This came with 3 spring rolls, cut in half (so 6 pieces) and a side of sauce. I thought the spring rolls were good. The charbroiled pork was flavorful. #24 Charbroiled Chicken With Rice, $13.95 prior to tax- I opted for a rice dish. The portion size for this plate was plenty for me, with a nice size portion of chicken. The chicken was flavorful and tender. I did like the side salad to give some freshness to this meal. #6 Beef Rib Pho, $17.95 prior to tax- We got 2 orders of this, one for my husband and one for my cousin. I didn't try any but they both said they liked the pho and the beef. Lychee Smoothie, $6 prior to tax- my cousin ordered this. --------------------------- (Total= $71.31 after tax, prior to tip) Service was quick and attentive. My water glass was refilled a few times during and after our meal. I enjoyed my food and think the prices are fair for the food and portion sizes. Would come back here and dine again in the future.

Pho with brisket 5/5 - this was very good! Broth is flavorful. Kinda oily but that's expected for pho. A good amount of meat too. However the meat wasn't as tender as I was expecting but for the area this is a good pho spot. Portion size is also huge! Service was great. Had a big party and we were seated right away.

The service was great for lunch on a Friday! It was our first time trying this pho spot and it was delicious! I don't think any place in Vegas comes close to the places in Westminister, CA, but this is definitely the best pho that I've had in Vegas. I think this is our new regular spot! I have to go back and see if their Bun Bo Hue is delicious as well. The restaurant was clean and had nice air conditioning. We will definitely be back to try more menu items!
